Meet Michelle Stanley

Pilates & Yoga Instructor


Michelle Trained in the Pilates Method with Alan Herdman Pilates and is also a qualified vinyasa yoga teacher.  She has been practising Yoga and Pilates for over 20 years and has taught professionally since 2010.  

Michelle strongly believes that Yoga and Pilates help to alleviate some of the stresses and strains of modern day life, which is why she feels she has one of the most rewarding jobs.  Having worked previously in the corporate sector she understand the need and difficulty in taking care of ourselves when managing a busy lifestyle. 



Her classes are tailored to the specific needs of the group or the individual, on a session by session basis. This offers clients insight and perspective on how best to optimise movement based on sound anatomical and bio-mechanical knowledge of the body.
Michelle currently teaches at various studios across London.
