Meet David Michel

Yoga Instructor

 

David is a highly qualified Yoga Instructor and Teacher Trainer with over 10 years experience.

He is committed to teaching a wide range of styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Yoga Flow, Rocket Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. David believes that the practice should always be tailored to suit the individual. He places great emphasis on technique, and how the specific function of each posture can be used to serve our mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.  

In his classes, David is both attentive and responsive to the needs of each practitioner. Students can expect plenty of physical adjustments to ensure accuracy, as well as enhance progression.

David invites students to join him on an unhurried and unforced exploration of breath, movement, and yoga's rich philosophy.

David is also available for 1:1 Yoga instruction which he can combine with equipment Pilates in order to help with any rehabilitation or strengthening goals to aid clients yoga practice.

David has also trained in rehabilitation Pilates methods with Arran Knight Pilates Studio and can offer 1:1 Pilates sessions to support your Yoga practise.
